Galina is everywhere nowadays, and into everything and I know that this is only the beginning.
These were Brian's b-day present from my Mom, Molly and a little bit from us. They are so ugly - they are called Vibram Fivefingers (I don't get it either...). This is the FLOW version and it's very, very similar to a water shoe except the bottom is harder and has a better shape with an arch. Don't ask me...
This is Brian's other birthday present. Partly mine too, since it means I'll get the other jeep to myself - YAY! Wish we had known about Recon in Hawaii though. Because the jeep has a lift we have to have it aligned and then bring it across the island to some station so that they can give us a permit to prove that it is road worthy. Not to mention we can't register it until we get a safety check, which we can't do until we get the recon pass, which we can't do until Brian can get a day to drive over and do it, which won't happen for awhile because he's in a school right now. Whew...such nonsense.

My first flowers for Mother's Day - thanks Mom and Dad, they're beautfiul! Since I got the stand mixer early, we let Mother's Day be Brian's birthday here:)

I love the close up of Galina, and I'm so excited you get your jeep back!! I can't wait for my car to get here, Mitch is buying his car here, so I'm so excited. I love your roses. White roses are my favorite!! I hope you had an awesome Mother's Day, and Happy Birthday to Brian!
so he got a jeep? yeah, i would think it was safe to say - no cake for you. ha ha!! Galina looks so adorable! gosh, she is just a beautiful little girl. =0)
