She isn't officially walking walking - but as long as she doesn't have to stand herself up she's golden! Galina and I went to Enrichment tonight at the church, we must've walked 10,000 miles around the gym and I noticed that she was starting to place her feet properly. Previously Galina has kept her right foot seriously turned out and walked on the extreme inside of her left foot - but slowly she's been correcting it and tonight it just clicked. Brian was on the floor playing with her and I was on the couch, he stood her up and told her to, "Go get Mommy!" and she did! We both started clapping so hard that she thought it was great and tried it again, then waited for us to clap - but the third time she realized that a whole new world had opened up for her and she would start out walking towards me but go right past me to whatever it was she wanted to see. Man, this is going to bring a whole new world of problems for me...
On a side note, teething has commenced again. Top teeth this time. Joy.

YAY GALINA!! Don't you just love to watch their little minds figure things out?
Bummer for teething, but YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY for walking!!! She looks so grown up already and just in a few short days. How exciting for you! Along with all of the obstacles that come with it, you definitely will have a lot more freedom (even though they become very clingy)!!! =0) Congratulations on your little walker! She is so adorable!!! Love and miss y'all!!
YAY!! She's Walking!! that's such a huge milestone for them!!! And you. Now you have to make sure she doesn't just "walk off" anywhere!! Sorry about the teething, it will pass!! In a couple of years they'll be falling out!!! Congrats Galina!
