Anyhow, on the way there Galina kept informing me, "The medicine is for the boysies. Not me. Not me, Mommy. Not you. The medicine is for the boys."
She always calls George, "Porgie-Porgie."
I finally got my blood drawn today. I had planned on leaving Galina home with Brian, but he wasn't able to get home on time. I told her I had to go to the doctor and get my blood drawn ("Not me, Mommy. You.") and that she'd have to sit still on my lap. She's typically pretty good, I'm just not great with needles so it always makes me nervous to have her there. Heaven forbid I pass out or something. So, today she was good and right after the tourniquet was tied she reached up and touched it and said, very seriously, "You'll be alright, Mommy." She's too sweet.
