Thirty-two

I turned 32 on Tuesday.

I baked the cake that afternoon, then my Mom decorated it that evening. It was my absolute favorite - yellow cake from a box with chocolate frosting from a can...what can I say?

My Dad fried a salmon and my big brother, John, made shrimp. I ate way too much. WAY too much. But it was delicious!

The kiddos love doing birthdays for the grown ups :) we don't care if they blow out our candles or open our presents. The kids parties...not so much fun...

I love being closer to my family. I'm happiest when we're all under one roof, although that rarely happens these days. I missed my sisters :) but I'll see them next week. It was a wonderful birthday. Thanks to all for thinking of me...
