When my Mom was here in June, we visited the swap meet and Galina chose a blue chinese umbrella. I guess it's more of a parasol - but whatever. I had grand visions of taking her down to the beach, putting her in a beautiful little dress and taking fantastic pictures of her. I guess jammies and crocs on a Sunday morning walk with the dogs will work too :)

Desperately trying not to smile. We are in a "NO! Don't take pictures!" phase.

Mary Poppins.

The ONE smile she cracked during the entire walk!
Love the charm bracelet? Yeah, she slept with it on last night. I have no idea how this girly-girl came to be. I promise I'm not that way. In fact, I haven't changed my earrings in a year. I wear silver hoops, clean 'em every once in awhile (if I remember) and that's that. She's beyond girly. Always in pink. Always turning random things into jewelry and crowns. She's quite the girly girl.

The last two are my favorites. I need to invest in large prints on canvas. But she keeps growing and I keep taking pictures and we'd quickly be out of money. Thank goodness for this blog.
Well, we skipped Stake Conference today. I know...I know...but, really, I'd just be wandering the halls and Brian would be pumping snacks into Galina's little hands - so we probably did everyone that would've been sitting around us, a favor.
We did drive up to the Laie Temple yesterday, just to be there. I'll post our hilarious pictures (from Brian's phone) soon. We enjoyed (okay, I'm using that word loosely) our little morning trip. One day I'll get a babysitter. One day. Maybe.
In other news, Brian is trying to re-enlist and, as of right now, I have no idea how things will turn out, but I HOPE to have some news by early December. It'd be really nice. Maybe by Thanksgiving, but I'm not holding my breath - this is the USMC we're talking about.

Yep...you need to frame some of those :~) You may not think you're girly now, but you were then! Love you all.
Yes, at least put the second to last one in a frame! And start a portfolio! You'll be able to charge money one day and these need to be in a nice collection to show people!! No beach, no fussy dress, etc. needed!! And on a side note, LOVE the Christmas music!
Do like Mom and Molly said. You are going to be making some dinero with this someday, and definitely need a portfolio. The pictures are all gorgeous!!!!! I hope everything turns out for the best, that is for sure. When it comes to Brian's next phase in live, and yours!!!! =0)
