It is I, lovable, furry old Grover!
We got a box from Aunt Mimi, Uncle Nick and Julius today!
I liked the first two pictures because they show that as soon as she got the card out of the box, she flung it, unopened, onto the floor beside her. She did read it later on and carry it around talking to it - Galina thinks she can read.
Snazzy!
Notice Bing and George's lack of enthusiasm. They paid for it later when, on our walk, Galina kept stopping and checking out her shoes, therefore keeping the dogs from running free on the beach.
Everyone needs a drink. She offered her shoes the chance to blow bubbles, but they respectfully declined.
JUMP! She's never had so much support under her little feet!

Like I said, she thinks she can read. Anytime she sees letters she says, "ABC!" and then it's gibberish from there - but so cute. I love to listen to her talk. She wanders around the house with the phone talking to somebody. I also love her little, fat fingers. She is always pointing them and, I don't know why, but it is adorable to me.
By the way - we LOVE the shoes! Brian has already told me to buy her another pair a couple of sizes bigger so she'll have them when she grows out of these! And it isn't just Grover either, she loves Sesame Street! I'm okay with that.
Note to self: When holding Galina, and blowing bubbles with gum, keep the bubble out until she pops it. Otherwise, you get smacked in the mouth.

These are the CUTEST pictures!! I love the 3rd one down! Her face is so adorable checking out her new shoes. The one of her jumping is just as fun!! I love those shoes!! Galina is so so beautiful and fun!
Love it! And I'm glad she loves them too! We couldn't resist getting them for her! The dogs are probably thinking, "thank goodness they don't squeak!" :) I'll have to remember that about the bubble gum :)
