Part of the Book Club group (L - R): Ann Jex, Joey Speakman, Elizabeth Morse (& Kea), Melinda Palmer, and Jill Barkdull.
Melinda brought these amazing little pop-overs with bacon and basil and cheese. I ate, probably, 8. We had herbal tea. It was a lot of fun to prepare and then enjoy!
