These itty-bitty frogs, which Galina now affectionately calls "Ding-dongs" (I was aggravated with one for making me almost hurt it...) were ALL OVER the rec path this afternoon. There was a break in the rain, so Galina and I took a walk before dinner and saw one. I didn't let her hold it then, but we went back with Daddy after dinner and saw four or five more. So, we let her hold a few. She loved it! And would look at us and say, "I hold my hand just like this!" Then she'd hold her palm out flat. You can see in a couple of the pictures that these little guys weren't thrilled with us picking them up - ESCAPE! But, oh, were they cute...

Awwww they are almost as cute as Galina!!! She looks so calm, Gabby and I would be freaking out!! Ha ha!! You go Galina!! =0)
I know I would have passed them by unless Aaron had been there to say let the girls hold them. Czarina loves the "ding-dongs", I wish we had places to go walking here and that it was warmer-36 (or below) degrees is not fun!
Yay for Galina...and her mom...for holding a frog...make a scientist out of her yet :)
